Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

DELIVERY – WHERE AND WHEN

We can only fulfill an order to a valid delivery address which is a home or office address in the United States or its territories.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cvrterbrand@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging and products for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please contact cvrterbrand@gmail.com for assistance as soon as possible. NOTED: Our policy states that we must be contacted within 14 days of delivery to be valid for refund or replacement.

SHIPPING RATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DISCOUNTED SHIPPING

Customer may receive discounted standard shipping on orders that exceed certain order thresholds, as determined in CvrterBrand’s sole discretion. These discounts will automatically be applied to your final cart unless provided a promotional code.
